South Australian members of the Australian Junior Squash Team were invited to participate in a segment for the popular Channel 10 kids show, "Totally Wild".  It was a great afternoon and a lot of fun with Lauren McInerney, Lauren Aspinall and little Alex Haydon, hosted by the zany Seamus Evans (who isn't much of a squash player!!).  The segment will give our sport some much needed exposure on a nationally broadcast TV show and hopefully it will help inspire some more kids to Read more...

South Australians had a great "Individuals" campaign at this year's Australian Junior Championships, held in Perth.  Alex Haydon won the U/15 Girls event, defeating fellow South Aussie, Lauren McInerney 11-6, 11-5, 11-5.  I won the U/17 Boys, beating Todd Riches of NSW, 11-8, 11-6, 11-5 in a tough final that lasted 45 minutes.  The final score didn't really reflect the closeness of the match which had some very long rallies.  Lauren Aspinall won the U/17 Girls championship after a hard- Read more...

The SA Graded Championships were held on the 14th & 15th of March at the Ingle Farm Squash Club.  A field of 43 players of all levels, from beginners to Premier League players, including SA professional, Mike Corren, competed in 5 Divisions.

I competed in Div 1 and had my best win ever, by defeating Karadinga Premier League player, Patrick Stevens, in 5 games.  Patrick's matrix score is approximately 30 points higher than mine and it was, by far, the toughest match I've ever played in with both of us having to dig deep and call on energy reserves that we didn't know exist Read more...

A big "thank you" to my first sponsor, Mr. Marcus Donnelly, for his generous donation to my campaign.  Squash, in Australia, attracts very little funding and every donation helps me get that little bit closer to achieving my goals.
