Nothing better than good clean, healthy food!  One of my many loves in life is to try different foods and experiment with new recipes.  Traveling the world on the squash tour gives me the perfect opportunity to try so many different foods.  I love walking the streets and stumbling across a foreign supermarket that I can get lost in and spend many hours exploring and crossing paths with so many different and strange looking and smelling foods.  

Another great way I like to experience the local food from the different countries I play in is to get invited to go out and taste some of the local foods by members of the squash community.  I like to let my local friends order so this way I am hopefully introducing to something new to expand my pallet with different flavor combinations, dishes and delicacies.  

I would like to share with you recipes that I am trying for the first time as well as some of my ultimate favorites through my blog.  Don't be too worried if I'm trying it for the first time and it is a complete failure I wont share that one with you but if it is a knock out hands down delicious then it is a must to share.  

I tried a new recipe this morning for breakfast and it was yummy, yes its super healthy but you got to promise me you will try it, healthy and tasty!

Vanilla, Cinnamon Chai Breakfast Bowl

It will keep your body nourished and sustained all morning! 

Recipe:

2 Tablespoons of Chai Seeds

3/4 cup of Coconut Milk or Almond Milk

Teaspoon of Cinnamon

Teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Table spoon of Honey

Method:

Mix and combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Pour into your designated container or breakfast bowl and let set in the fridge overnight.  Top it with your favorite fruits I topped mine with Papaya, Strawberries and Mandarin.  I also suggest adding coconut  and bananas on top.  Simple and so tasty!  And don't forget if you enjoy it be sure to share it with family and friends.
