Hi everyone, Im writing this blog from my hotel room in Kuala Lumpur. I am here for a tournament that kicks off tomorrow afternoon.
I thought I'd write a blog on nutrition. I've learnt a lot on the subjet recently having to loose some weight after my injury. I think most people get confused on what to eat and when to eat it.
