Luke Swanson

altLuke is the head trainer at Powerhouse Prodigy and has a passion for boxing . After 5 years working in the corporate sector as a trainer with a global corporate health company, he has come home to do what he loves most. With over 20 years experience in Boxing and Thai Boxing, he has trained with some of the best trainers and fighters in Australia, and, as a trainer, has trained everyone from first timers to champion fighters. Through his love for the sport, he prides himself on his technical knowledge and expertise and holds his fighters to that same level. His easy going, approachable attitude has helped him maintain loyalty from all that have trained with him both fighters and regular clients alike.

 

Amanda Hunter

altMind, Body and Soul – the three most important qualities to a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle. Manda’s passion is with mind and muscle, coming from the background of representing Queensland in Lacrosse and sprinting in her youth, she is now training for her first body sculpting competition. Her knowledge and understanding of a balanced, healthy and fit lifestyle will help you achieve your goals, enabling you to develop a higher sense of self – physically, emotionally and mentally.

Thahn Nguyen

altThanh is a true fitness professional – holding a BSc health science, he graduated as a nutritionist before continuing his studies to become a qualified dietician, working for Queensland Health for several years in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. His sporting passion saw him competing as a power lifer, and earning a black belt in traditional martial arts where he discovered the sport of Muay Thai, and is now an active fighter under Steve.

Thanh has been training clients for over ten years and has been a full-time Personal Trainer since 2007. Whatever your goals, his gentle nature, mixed with a fierce competitive streak, will guarantee that you get the results you want – be it weight loss/ muscle gain, general fitness or sports specific training. His knowledge and experience far surpass the requirements for his position, as he is a practicing exercise physiologist and rehabilitation specialist.
