Road to the TOC

Well I am not considered to be a good writer but sometimes its nice to share with people.

The title of the article comes from the hard work me and my fellow colleagues have been doing with Nour in the last couple of month.

We have been working hard, we changed everything in our training techniques to take it to a whole new level I have to admit we all learned from it we all developed through the years with Nour and hopefully our new plan will work out next year at the TOC.

We faced some challenges as Nour is now a grade 12 student and she's on her last year of school so she has to pass all her exams this year or else she won't go to the College she wish to join.

We had to plan the Schedule between her studying hours and training hours,It puts more challenge on us as we have to plan her energy and stamina through the day so she can have enough time to recover and balance this with her Schedule maybe it sounds simple for some of you but for us it was really hard.

This week she is totally free we will start full training again day and night plus hosting this week with us the amazing Omar Khodier the director of the Wallbangers the documentary movie about the life of 4 Full time professional Squash players ( Amr Shabana,Ramy Ashour,Raneem el Weliely and Nour el Sherbini) he will be with us all week filming our lives,Unfortunately I leave to the states this Wednesday but I will catch a few days with them.

On my side I have been working with my local Club junior team. We will be heading to the US junior Open on the 11th of December.

My team consists of 7 players a mix of Boys and girls at different age groups I just hope they do good at this tournament.

I will try to keep you posted with our progress.
